The life without obstacles, hurdles is become non-existential and ineffective. To make it adventurous and worthful, the elements and ingredients of normal/simple life is essential. The success and failure is part of the life, The problems arises when we are not capable to handle the pressure of failure and happiness of success. During my examination preparation, everyday was presented me a new learning cum opportunities to ponder out mine characteristics and potentials. This type of strategy help me a lot to clear the exam, kept me highly motivated, well focused and concentrated study, and to stressed-free happily life with friends and family. The goal/ mandate of life cannot be decide by any exam or test. NO ONE KNOWS YOU BETTER THAN YOURSELF. Always strive for the biggest success.

JHRCA contributed in many aspects in my success. Here i was not only got the chance to cherish my personality, but it also assisted me in skills improvement like studying in competitive environment, communication skills, behavioral strength, group discussion session etc. My friends in JHRCA helped me a lot during the whole process of the exam and respected teachers were always there for concept clarity on any topics. The test series and personal guidance is the best provided by the academy. All kind of study materials, books, magazines available in the library can be read all the time . The mock personality test ( interview) taken by experts/members is very helpful. Because here, they keenly and minutely observed multidimensional aspects of candidate's personality and also gives the appropriate feedback's, that is holistic and quite helpful.

One who is preparing for the civil services exam may have an edge in this exam because 80 per cent of syllabus overlaps with civil's syllabus. Paper 1 demands smartness and calmness while solving question paper and reading the general studies materials, with remembering the facts and proper analysis on each relevant topics and interview is also similar to Civil services exam.

In paper 1, an aspirant can follow the same booklist from civil services for the General studies. The importance of General Science is huge, that can be prepared from NCERT and Current Affairs ( mostly one liner, from defence or internal security perspective) . The line by line reading of all NCERT books is mandatory.

Paper 2 which is similar to English qualifying paper of civil services mains exam. Paper 2 demands the language skills and well explained presentation. Apart from the basic grammar, general studies concepts/ readings can be used completely in this paper. For content enrichment (qualitative), newspaper reading ( daily current affairs), magazines like Yojana or Vision IAS is must and can be included in daily study planning. There is no particular book for this paper.

After the declaration of the preliminary result, the medical as well as physical and mental standard would be checked by the highly professional doctors during PET/PST/MST Tests. Next,One must be extra careful while filling the DAF. One can be perfect in physical standards in just a month's (5 day in week) practice, that is enough to qualify the above tests. Always remember one thing, above tests needs only mental alertness and toughness which can be achieved through practice only.

Interview is an evaluation of your personality. All the exams have particular sets of questions, so does the CAPF Exam where the understanding of internal security of India is essential. The complete information with minor details mentioned in the DAF is going to be asked in the interview. So, the DAF can be prepared well after successfully qualified in PET/PST/MST. The importance of daily newspaper reading with proper analysis and having personal opinion on the topics is very crucial to make good impression. Mock interviews from best coaching can be handy, if not possible, then Group Discussion and mock of each others can be conducted in regular interval to improve the personality.

The fundamentals should be strong to qualify any exam. It is advisable and recommended to all the aspirants that give time to yourself to see/feel your abilities, strength, weakness, skills etc. Try to develop any hobby or interests from today onwards. Timely break in study is productive for the memory. Good friends are always good. Do away with habit of procrastination. And last but not the least- "HOPE FOR THE BEST, PREPARE FOR THE WORST".

Hard work 60-70 per cent, Luck 10-20 per cent and Motivation/Inspiration/Supports 20-30 per cent is necessary to become a successful in the any exam/life.
